How can I get rid of my overeating disorder?

(And don’t tell me NOT to eat!)
I grew up not fat, but not super skinny, just average. My mom ALWAYS used food as comfort thing when we grew up. It has affected me big time as an adult.

How do I lose weight around the waist?

Hey guys,
I am trying to lose weight around my waist and its so hard to do as I am unable to do any cardio due to a recent surgery. I need something that will lose me a couple inches. Any suggestions?
I do not might trying any tonics that help lose weight also. So please let me know!

Can you lose weight by using Wii Fit?

I am currently dieting (slightly) and increasing my exercise to lose weight. I already put in 30 minutes – one hours casual walking a day, plus 5 – 15 minutes on my exercise bike in the evening (which varies from gentle to hard)

Before this, I didn’t do any exercise at all due to illness – so Im hoping doing this now will make a difference.

I want to do a range of exercise, so I don’t get bored, and also so I spread it out a little.

I was wondering whether to purchase Wii Fit to go on top of this. Would Wii Fit help me lose weight, and get healthier? I like the look of it, but I don’t want to waste my money getting it, and also a slot of my day using it, if it wont help alot.

Do any of you have any experiences with using Wii Fit to lose weight, heard any stories or know of any web pages that describe Wii Fit and weight loss?
Mike – Unfortunately, I cannot join a gym due to illness. I am trying to find exercise I can manage to either do at home, or something I can take at my own pace (walking).

I also don’t want to be muscley – so no pumping iron for me! Im looking for more constant, slimming exercise, instead of strength, muscle-building spurts of exercise.

How can I lose weight when my birth control makes me always hungry?

I started taking birth control after having my second child, and now I feel like I am constantly hungry. It says right on the package “can increase or decrease appetite.” Of course I can’t have the decrease! But I want to lose weight, just about 10 pounds. How can I if all I want to do is eat?

I know that I can lose weight because I have gotten down to a size I like, but my boobs were gone! I just want to lose fat in my legs and not my boobs. What exercises should I do?

What is the best way to lose weight without buying something for it?

I want to lose weight so bad! I have tried before and I just can’t seem to stay on task and I HATE IT! Like when I usually eat some fruit in the morning, eat a salad for lunch and then I just have whatever we are having for dinner but in portion and then I lose like 1 pound just in that one day. So I guess my main question is how to do I make myself stay on task for losing weight?

Is Wii fit a joke, or is it enough for a 15 year old girl?

Hey! I normally jog/walk about 4 miles every single day to stay in shape. I am by no means overweight or underweight (105 pounds, 5’5″) but I feel that I need to work out to feel good and healthy. Recently, I haven’t been able to go to the gym (I use the treadmill) and we have no room to put a treadmill in our house (my mom, brother, and I all work out together). I am stuck doing hours of homework and for the past two months I haven’t had the time or energy to get any working out in other than walking home for 30 minutes (not enough for me; doesn’t get my heart rate up). I need to do something to start exercising again! We own Wii fit, but will it really give me a good workout (an hour a day) or should I just find someway to squeeze in working out? My problem is that I normally go to the gym from 7-8, but I’m just way too tired to go anymore, and there’s just not enough time in the day! I can’t keep only working out on the weekends!

So… Wii fit everyday? Yay or Nay?

How come the Wii Fit Plus keep says im gaining weight?

Ever since i got wii fit plus, i have been more carful about my weight. I got Wii fit plus about a week ago and I weighed in at wii fit plus just a few min ago and it says im at a BMI of 20.95. (I forgot the weight) I’m not happy at ALL because i ran for about an hour yesterday and i KEEP GAINING WEIGHT! I mainly do the aerobics, (which is the 10 or 20 min free run where i jog in place) and just keep gaining weight! i have only lost weight once!! i am so mad!!!! how do i loose weight to at least get to a weight of 102 lbs? i think the BMI for that is 20.10 or something? Plz help me!!

Im almost 13. I know im still growing but if i keep gaining wieght like this, im gonna be a little overweight. Im 5 ft one or 5 ft 2. PLZ HELP ME!!! i need help mainly on my stomach and theighs! thnx! just plz help! i would be sooooo happy if i lost wieght!!!
P.s. I ran for about an hour on the a tredmill yesterday
